1. Essential storage

The first-party cookie iowb_optional_tracking_choice_v2 stores either accepted or rejected for up to one year. It is available across the website, uses SameSite=Lax and is marked Secure on HTTPS pages. It is used only to remember and apply your choice.

The website may also use essential server and security mechanisms needed to deliver pages, validate forms, route an enquiry you submit and protect the service. These functions do not depend on accepting optional tracking.

2. Optional services

The following services were identified in the website's published Google Tag Manager container. They are treated as optional and the container is not loaded before acceptance:

• Google Tag Manager: the loader used to deliver the optional tags described below.
• Google Ads and Conversion Linker: advertising attribution and conversion measurement, including the configured Google Ads destination.
• Hotjar: behavioural analytics, including heatmap or session-analysis capabilities. Actual account capture settings may vary.
• CallRail: source attribution and dynamic telephone-number substitution. Static telephone links remain available without it. This policy does not claim that call recording is enabled.
• ClickPatrol: invalid-traffic and advertising-fraud monitoring through the observed clckptrl.com integration.
• ClickCease: click-fraud and advertising-traffic monitoring.

No Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tag was identified in the reviewed container. The site code contains guarded conversion calls on the Thank You page, but they cannot send through an absent optional loader before consent. This policy does not claim that an unobserved service is active.

3. How the control works

Before you choose, and after you choose Reject optional tracking, the server does not add the Google Tag Manager script or noscript iframe to the page. Because the current optional services are delivered by that container, they cannot load through it in those states.

After you choose Accept optional tracking, the choice is stored and the page reloads with the optional container. The container may then allow its configured providers to use cookies or similar storage. Provider storage names and lifetimes can change, so this policy does not present an unverified exhaustive list.

4. Changing or withdrawing consent

Select Manage cookies, then choose Reject optional tracking. The rejection is stored before the page reloads without the optional container. This stops future loading through the website's consent gate.

Storage already set by a third party may remain until it expires or is removed. You can clear website data in your browser to remove remaining accessible storage. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

5. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may remove the saved choice and cause the website to ask again. Browser controls do not replace the Manage cookies control for communicating a new choice to this website.

6. Policy updates

We will review this policy when the website's storage or tracking services change. A new or materially changed optional purpose must not inherit consent given for the purposes described here without an appropriate new choice.
